“Deige from Cydina Pet Sitters was exceptional in caring for our two cats. Deige visited before our vacation to get acquainted with the cats and be introduced to them.

One of our cats, Wolfgang, suffered from a genetic heart disease and needed multiple medications twice a day along with a mixture of canned and dry food diet given at regular intervals throughout the day. Diege accommodated our request without any issues and administering medicine went smoothly as well.

Our other cat, Star, suffered from a bout of digestion issues and needed to go into emergency the night before our vacation started. Diege was able to accommodate the last minute change in Star’s diet as well as medicine. Star’s diet needed to be ramped up over the course of the week and adjusted to her regular canned food. Diege kept an eye on how Star was feeling, slowly introducing her normal food throughout the week while also keeping an eye on Star’s litter habits.

Diege communicated with us throughout our week-long vacation, providing regular updates about both our cats. Diege shared pictures for the first couple of days which kept us at ease about both our cats. Diege also handled our mailbox and trash while we were out. It was a relief knowing that our cats were in Diege’s care and we plan on hiring Cydina sitters’ services going forward as well.”
